Data Deletion Request

At Supercharged, we respect your right to privacy and provide a clear path to exercise your "Right to be Forgotten."

 

How to request data deletion: To request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data, please send an email to hello@wesupercharged.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

 

What we delete: Once we receive and verify your request, our team will identify and permanently purge all personal data associated with your account from our systems. This includes:

• Contact information and User Identity data.

• WhatsApp message logs and metadata.

• Application usage history.

Timeline: We will complete the deletion process across all our production systems and backups within 30 days. You will receive a formal confirmation via email once your data has been fully erased.

 

Facebook Platform Removal: If you have integrated via Facebook, you may also remove our app's access to your profile via your Facebook Settings under Apps and Websites.
